Privacy
This policy explains what information RASP collects, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We collect the details you provide when you request a demo or contact us, including your name, work email, organisation and any context you choose to share about your operation. We also collect standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and tailor demonstrations, and improve our website and product. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site — which pages are read, which sources referred the visit, and whether it ends in an enquiry. It sets cookies in your browser and reports to Google, who process the measurements on our behalf. Your IP address is used to approximate the country you are in and is then discarded; it is not stored or reported to us. We have not enabled Google Signals, advertising features or cross-site remarketing, so your activity here is not used to target advertising or followed across other websites, and we never send Google the details you type into the demo form.
Your choices about analytics
We do not show a cookie banner, because we use analytics only to improve this site and not to advertise to you. If you would rather not be measured, Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere, and any tracker-blocking extension or browser privacy setting will also stop it. Nothing on this site depends on analytics, so it works exactly the same either way.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
Alongside Google Analytics we may run Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views and loading performance. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not follow you to other websites. What it reports is aggregated and cannot be traced back to an individual.
Customer workforce data
Workforce data processed within the RASP platform belongs to our customers. We act as a processor under the terms of the relevant customer agreement, applying role-based access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and site-level data boundaries.
Retention
We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to manage the relationship and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Contact us and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable privacy law.
Contact
For any privacy question or request, get in touch through the contact form on this site and our team will assist.
